REVISION AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, the following conditions apply:


1. Nature of the Service

All products are fully customized digital services. No physical goods are sold.

Once the design process has started, the service enters the production stage.


2. Revision Policy

  • Clients may request reasonable adjustments.

  • Modifications will be made until final approval.

  • Our business model is satisfaction-based.


3. No Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued once the design process has begun.


4. Refund Exception for Non-Delivery

A full refund will only apply if the digital invitation is not delivered within the maximum established timeframe after receiving complete event information from the client.

Maximum delivery time:

  • Catalog design invitations: 3–4 business days

  • Fully custom design invitations: 5–6 business days

If IDI Invitaciones Digitales Inteligentes fails to meet these deadlines, the client may request a full refund.


5. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered completed when:

  • The private digital link has been sent via WhatsApp or email.

  • The link is active and accessible.
